Train with Sean

While I specialize in training high level athletes and fitness/bodybuilding competitors, I am happy to work with all highly motivated individuals to take their fitness level to its highest ever!  I have an extensive background in fitness training that includes Kinesiology at McMaster University, a Certified Personal Trainer designation from the American Council on Exercise and a Certified Bodybuilding Instructor designation from the International Fitness Professionals Association. 

In addition, I am a nationally certified level 2 boxing coach through Canada's National Coaching Certification Program.  If you are ready to reach your highest fitness level ever and perform your very best whether it's on the stage, in the ring or in the park with your kids I welcome you to contact me!


Training Services/Programs

1-on-1 Personal Training
Myself and the Elite Fitness Training Systems Team are located at Fitness Fanatix in Mississauga, Ontario.  For those in the area, one on one training is an ideal solution for results fast!  We offer a variety of packages to work with your budget and your goals.
 
Fitness/Bodybuilding Training and Nutrition
My specialty is in training fitness, figure, bikini and bodybuilding competitors.  I can work with competitors one on one, online or a combination of both.  I provide training and nutrition programs including off-season programs and contest prep programs that range from 12-20 weeks out.
 
Posing and Presentation
For those able to come to our Mississauga location, I provide posing instruction for bodybuilders as well as routine choreography and/or music selection.  I also work with Marilyne Meunier, a UFE Figure and Fitness Model PRO who offers posing and presentation sessions for fitness model, figure and bikini competitors.
 
Exercise Program Design
Programs are based on your goals and can be tailored to meet the needs of those new to fitness to those looking to lose weight or to those looking to enter a fitness competition. For those purchasing multiple phase programs, assessments will be done in-person or by email with picture submissions at 4 week intervals in order to design the most effective program for the next phase based on your progress.
 
Meal Plan Outline Design
Meal plan outlines are based on your goals and can be tailored to meet the needs of those looking to lose weight, gain weight, enter a fitness competition and more. For those purchasing multiple phase programs, assessments will be done in-person or by email with picture submissions at 4 week intervals in order to design the most effective program for the next phase based on your progress. Each phase consists of 1 outline for eating with specific calorie content and macronutrient ratios based on your goals. In order to achieve maximum results, it is encouraged that you specifically follow the outline and do not make subsititutions unless approved.
 
Physique Assessments
Mainly for fitness competitors and bodybuilders, you will be able to take advantage of my expertise and eye for physique perfection by submitting photos of yourself by email. I will then analyze your physique and tell you where your strong points are as well as your weak points which will allow you to prioritize your program appropriately. A 1/2 hour consultation over the phone is provided in order to discuss program prioritization ideas and ideal exercises for helping strengthen weaker areas.
